Sell, sell, sell! It’s £20 per ticket, the same for the afternoon tea concert and the fish and chips concert. Doors will open half an hour beforehand.
Concert dress: black trousers and shoes, plain bright coloured tops, a bit of sparkle, the same as last time.
Music: Folder etc permitted, of course, but it looks and sounds SO much better when the majority of us are off the book. If you have any time at all, please do try to memorise as much as you can!
Raffle: if you’d like to contribute prizes that will be very welcome. About the charity: Merton Home Tutoring, for those who don’t know, is a local charity that offers free English teaching to people who can’t get to regular classes. They are busier than ever, and need more volunteer tutors as well as more money. If you know anyone who might be interested in volunteering, do point them in this direction: www.mhts.org.uk or they can contact Heidi Shrimpton, heidi.shrimpton@mhts.org.uk
